Review of scope of work/
agreement to proceed:

We all sit down to review project scope and get agreement to proceed to the design phase. Our goal is to provide you with a realistic and conservative budget estimate to avoid any big surprises later in the project.

2nd review of plan:

With the design complete, any revisions in the construction plan will be reviewed at this time and agreed upon. An estimated timeline will also be created. With this phase complete, work can begin on your project.

Design:

Jason Ball Interiors will work closely with you to develop the final design for the project, including materials selection and any necessary drawings or plans. With design decisions made, the budget can now be finalized.

Construction:

The team works closely with each other to ensure a smooth and uneventful construction process. Keyser Construction and Jason Ball Interiors continues to manage all aspects of the design - working together to ensure high quality workmanship with impeccable attention to the details.

Completion!
